My Background
Teaching and Instruction
Beginning in 1990, I taught courses that included ethics at St. Mary's University of MN as an adjunct professor.
From 2007-2019, I was a full time Assistant Professor at the MN School of Professional Psychology (MSPP) at Argosy University. I became a full time faculty member at Augsburg University in the Clinical Psychology Program in 2019 and retired as an Assistant Professor and Director of Training at Augsburg in 2021. I have retained my status as an Adjunct Professor at the Augsburg Clinical Psychology Program.
I taught yearly ethics classes throughout my 14 years at the MN School of Professional Psychology and the Augsburg University Clinical Psychology Program.
Individually Focused Training to Licensed Providers of Mental Health Services
In 2015 and on a continuing basis, I have provided individually focused training to chemical dependency counselors, professional therapists (LPC/LPCC), Marital and Family Therapists (MFT) and Licensed Psychologists (LP) who were directed by their respective licensing boards to receive an ethics course.
